Loloi Rugs is seeking a dedicated Showroom Coordinator (based in our Atlanta, GA showroom) to provide support to the Showroom Manager and Staff, ultimately filling a vital role in our excellence in Customer Experience. Dependability, punctuality, and self-motivation are required to be successful in this role.
The tasks, while varied, require the physical ability to lift and move 50 pounds, an ability to accurately sort alphabetically and numerically, as well as present a professional demeanor to staff and clientele, in dress, appearance, and attitude. Much of the role is focused on one-person projects that require focus, self-motivation, and the ability to complete assignments with little to no supervision.
Experience using an iPad and scanner is preferable but can be taught as necessary.
This role is based full-time in our Atlanta showroom.
Tasks may include:
- Hanging new displays on rug racks, including rugs that are 8’ x 10’, hung approximately 11’ up
- Removing rugs from displays and preparing them for delivery to the loading dock for customer pick up
- Tagging rugs and samples, maintaining Loloi branding standards
- Sorting rugs and samples alphabetically and/or numerically
- Maintaining the stockroom in an organized and clean manner
- Retrieving and returning samples to the stockroom as needed
- Assisting the set-up team as necessary during showroom transitions
- Opening and/or closing showrooms as needed in a secure manner
- Greeting customers and assisting as needed or directed by showroom staff
- Performing inventory cycle counts as requested
- Minor cleaning assignments as needed
- Reviewing inventory for dropped/discarded products as directed
- Other duties as assigned, contributing to the accuracy efficiency and profitability of the showroom
